Our Restore Method.

Our Restore Method is dedicated to restoring both your body and mind. It is a calm, intentional class to help you unwind, release tension and bring ease back into your body. Using the support and guidance of the reformer, this class focuses on improving strength with gentle exercises whilst also improving flexibility, mobility and posture through slow, mindful movement. Our Restore class is perfect for those looking to counterbalance more intense workouts, manage internal stress or to focus on how their body feels rather than how hard it's been working.

Ideal for anyone who has any pre existing injuries as this class will be gentle on the joints.

Suitable for all levels.

Our Signature Method.

Our Signature Method is the foundation of movement. Whether you are meeting the reformer for the first time or are a seasoned pro, this class is designed to meet you where you are and enhance your Pilates practice. Our Signature class is your go to class for a full-body workout that focuses on correct alignment, improving posture and enhancing mobility. You can expect intentional, controlled, technique-focused movement that is designed to build strength.

Perfect for beginners and anyone looking to refine their practice.

Our Strength Method.

Our Strength Method adds power to your reformer pilates class. It's functional movement targeting the whole body using props and extra resistance to find deeper muscle engagement and a burn in your muscles that builds both endurance and strength. The focus in this class is control, alignment and feeling stronger. Strength class involves minimal breaks, dynamic movements and maybe some added pulses for good measure before a well-earned cool down.

Not suitable after 14 weeks of pregnancy.

(Intermediate/advanced level)

Our Mama Method.

A warm, welcoming space to move, reconnect and relax. Whether you're expecting your little one or easing back into movement after birth, Our Mama Method is going to support you through safe, effective movement during every stage of your motherhood journey. This class will build strength, increase mobility and focus on finding your core connection ensuring you feel strong, confident and empowered within your body.

Led by a pre and postnatal certified trainer (and mama herself).

All stages of pregnancy welcome.

Postnatal clients welcome after your doctor/midwife 6 week check up. Babies welcome (pre crawling stage only for safety)

Bring bouncers and carseats.
